🐾 Small · Italy
A small Italian companion dog with a dense, curly white coat, a calm temperament and a strong attachment to its owner, ideal for quiet households and older adults.
Calm, gentle and closely bonded to one person. Can develop separation anxiety if not socialized adequately.
Low to moderate exercise needs; short daily walks and indoor play sessions are usually enough.
The dense, curly, continuously growing coat needs regular, ideally daily brushing plus occasional clipping to prevent matting.
Very well suited to beginners, seniors and apartment living. Consistent early socialization prevents excessive attachment and separation anxiety.
Patellar luxation and occasional tear-duct issues occur. Overall a healthy, long-lived breed.
